Welcome to hempoilcare.com. hempoilcare.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (Terms). Your use of hempoilcare.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. hempoilcare.com is a E-commerce Site that provides high quality supplements made from hemp oil.

The consumer is responsible for educating themselves and making informed decisions. As with any product, do your research before purchasing. Information on this website is not intended as diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any illness or medical condition.You must be 18 years or older to purchase anything on this website.

All of our products are of a natural source, and nothing SYNTHETIC is used in any of our products. We purchase our products from a variety of vendors who have been using natural substances for many years, and they are of the highest quality. We do not endorse or sell any illegal or substances on this website, if you find something on our site that you believe is suspect please call us at 833-436-7227 so we may investigate this. We do not sell anything regulated by the Controlled Substances Act.

Visiting hempoilcare.com or sending emails to Hemp Oil Care constitutes electronic communications. Hemp Oil Care does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use hempoilcare.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Shipping Policy

Upon placing an order, we process them in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-2 business days (excludes holidays). This includes any shipments that are drop shipped by our various vendors. This policy may be delayed during peak shopping times and may delay your order 1-4 business days from being shipped. If the order is on backorder there will be a delay in your purchase, and you will be contacted by a customer service representative if your item becomes no longer available and an immediate refund will be given.

All orders are shipped with tracking information that will be emailed directly to you once the order has been processed. For large orders insurance and a signature will be required to deliver the item(s). Depending upon the location of your shipment we will utilize USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

We can not be held responsible for any import / excise or duties to be paid by you if this is shipping to a country other than the USA.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We sell various products and we take the quality of them very seriously. Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days.  The customer may be required to return the product and must pay for the return shipping.  

No unlawful or prohibited use/Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use hempoilcare.com strictly in accordance with these terms of use. Third Party Accounts

You will be able to connect your Hemp Oil Care account to third party accounts. By connecting your Hemp Oil Care account to your third party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Hemp Oil Care from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Indemnification

Termination/access restriction

Hemp Oil Care reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Wisconsin in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Hemp Oil Care as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Hemp Oil Care’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Hemp Oil Care’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Hemp Oil Care with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Hemp Oil Care with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Hemp Oil Care with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
